AgroBill Mandi is a business-management app built for licensed grain-market commission agents ("Arhtiyas") in India, used to record farmer, buyer, lot, and billing transactions for their own mandi operation. This policy sets out what information the app handles, on whose behalf, and how it is kept.
The app is operated by a commission agent's own staff to record that agent's business transactions. The commission agent is the data controller for records entered into the app — farmer details, buyer details, and transaction records. Easy Site Coders supplies the software and hosting infrastructure, but does not use this data for its own purposes, and does not sell or share it with third parties.

Data entered into the app travels over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection to a server operated by the licensing business — self-hosted, or hosted by Easy Site Coders on that business's behalf — and is kept in a private database with no public access. The app itself stores only a session cookie and the configured server address on the device; no farmer, buyer, or financial data is stored outside the server.

Farmer, buyer, and transaction records are retained for as long as the business's account is active, consistent with standard bookkeeping and tax record-keeping requirements under Indian law. A business owner may request deletion of their account's data by writing to the address below.
